The Tap2Tag Pet Tag comes in one colour combination designed for maximum visibility on a wide variety of fur colours and textures.

The front of the tag features the universal NFC symbol in white on a blue background. Underneath, the words "I'M LOST ... PLEASE HELP ME GET HOME" are written in white on a contrasting orange background.

On the back, we have printed a large, recognizable QR code in black on a blue background. The words "Tap with NFC, Scan QR code or enter 9 letter code at www.tap2.me" along with a unique code linking the device to your pet's profile.
The Tap2Tag Pet Tag contains a NFC chip (NXP NTAG203). Each chip is locked to prevent information tampering. Any attempts to hack the fob by overwritting the data invalidates and inactivates the chip.

Tap2Tag Pet Tag chips have no internal source of power and do not require a battery. The chips use NFC data transfer abilities of the NFC enabled device (a smartphone or tablet) to access the information on the profile.
TeqMarq will exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original state, unaltered, free of visible marks, scratches, or defects, and complete with all components and packaging materials.

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by a TeqMarq Representative.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it for another size or product. Please send an email with your name and order number to customersupport@teqmarq.com stating which item you would like to exchange it for. If the item you want to exchange is at a higher price point than the original item you purchased, you must submit further payment for the difference for the new order to be shipped. If the item you are exchanging is at a lower price point, you will receive a refund in the original payment method.
